Two scumbags got killed and a bunch more are going to jail, other than the poor people who had to witness the event, it didn’t have the worst outcome all things considered.
Can’t believe the guy didn’t plan his escape route though, thought he was going to run through the kitchen out the back door like John Wick.
Regarding one of the other perpetrators
“The final teenager, an 18-year-old who cannot be named because he was 17 at the time, was sentenced to two years and four months with the last twelve months suspended for two years, an effective jail sentence of one year and four months.
The probation report found he was at a high risk of reoffending, comes from a difficult background and showed physical signs of neglect.”
Why doesn’t a” high risk of reoffending” come with a stipulation that they won’t be released until they’re deemed a low risk?? 16 months in prison is hardly enough time to rehabilitate a person…
An all around screwed up story. Two dead and five jailed after it. God knows how many people traumatised.

I know teens aren’t the most rational thinkers but what was their goal here.
Was it a well known dodgy hangout and they wanted to prove themselves by showing the other dodgy people they’re hard lads?
I’m not condoning their behaviour but perhaps an argument could’ve been made for them to cause a certain level of harm to the fella because he literally fired a gun and adrenaline was flying, but reports said individuals went back to their table to get steak knives to use, hit him with chairs and other blunt objects. Body moved multiple times. Man was well and truly disarmed.
So a guy murders a man by shooting him, in return gets beaten to death by murdered man’s dining guests.
No victim impact statement(s) from first dead man’s family, but 2 family members of the shooter’s family allowed to provide victim impact statements.
In summary, scumbag murders father of another scumbag and gets killed by other scumbags.
Anyone else find it comical that Brandon Hennessy grabbed a brush and dustpan to hit a man ready down?
He tried to push an exit door which was a pull to open door. In the panic he never tried to open the door correctly giving the other people time to jump him.
