Latvia is totally right. Visas issued to Russian nationals should be reduced to the bare minimum.
The current situation is a sick joke, basically allowing Russian agents to enter the EU for all kinds of sabotage with ease.

This should’ve been done back in 2014. If you’re from a country that has no democracy and invades other countries you don’t get to do go to Paris on holiday or study in England.
