La domanda è cosa Se il proprietario terriero o altre persone hanno installato quei segni illegali, può essere legalmente punito per questo e costretto a rimuoverli? Personalmente conosco pochi posti con quei segni, ad esempio questo posto dalla mappa piena di essi.
Comprendo personalmente le preoccupazioni sulla privacy, ma molte persone abusano e vogliono limitare tutto.

Well, it depends. If they own the road and don’t want bunch of kids driving rally on their gravel road, I’d say “What ever” Now if it’s a publicly funded road, then they do not have right to put signs on it.
When ever I’m on my forest business, I tend to refrain from passing those signs, but sometimes I ignore them. I prefer those signs over the gate that some people put on their roads. Again, if they own the road, it’s their right, but I find it to be dick move, because I enjoy berry and mushroom picking.
The sign itself isn’t illegal. It is just not valid. I can put hundreds of signs to my property if I want to and it is not illegal thing to do. 🤷
Depends on the road. If it is private, you can restrict access even without valid traffic signs.
There might also be easements to allow for example neighbors through.
