If it weren’t for Austria-Hungary, USA and Italy(partially), we wouldn’t be independent AT ALL.
They built more infrasture in the short time we were occupied by them then 500 years of Ottoman occupation.
They supported Albanian Independence only for their own political gain, but they did support it and that was better than everyone else wanting our destruction.
Wish we were part of Austria Hungary 300 years ago and not be the poorest part of a poor Agrarian empire

Ni harte sa per me pas pershtypje po keq u kan situata per neve ne ate kohe (pa administrat, pa ushtri, pa shtet)

Every Albania have to say thanks to them, they helpet a lot rebuilt Albania after the mess that turks left in here, built schools, roads and helped us get the independence
USA and Austria-Hungary where the greatest Albanian allies
Our relationship with this now dead empire was a relic of the imperialist past.Looking at retrospect it was a blessing that our country fell to somewhat distant yet present influence of this empire,this is because during these era states like French Colonial Empire and Imperial Russian Empire exsisted and i dont wanna imagine a twisted future where this Isis-like imperialists had set foot in Albania.A blessing from god for our poor nation and a short yet beneficial relationship.
One of the rear countries that gave to us a lot more than they got.
