Here’s the kicker: these actions are probably common in the industry and the legal requirements are practically nothing because the Tories couldn’t care less about the rights of migrant workers.

Used to work for a dom care agency and issues numerous CoS’ and managed skilled workers. This behaviour is not unique to Lotus and essentially treat skilled workers as if they own them.
I know someone who paid about £15k to get a care worker visa for his wife so he could stay as a dependent, before they changed the rules. Now he’s paying a similar amount to get a skilled worker sponsor. He actually works nights at Tesco.
Absolutely shocking.. no one could have predicted the care worker scheme might see misuse like this.
