C’è quest’area comune disponibile nel mio edificio dove è prevista anche una struttura per il barbecue. Mi sono trasferito qui di recente e prima ho usato solo un supporto per barbecue. Voglio utilizzare quest’area comune con i miei amici. Ma qualcuno può dirmi come utilizzare questa struttura? Dovrei mettere il supporto per il barbecue al centro? Inoltre, qualcuno ha idea se dovrei informare i miei vicini che ho intenzione di fare un barbecue in questa data e ora in modo che non pianifichino la stessa data?

Are you sure this is meant for barbecuing? Looks like a sandbox to me, especially since it’s made of wood.

this is definitely a Sandpit, meant to be used by kids to play! Put your own BarbecueGrillStand beside it (maybe beside the bench?)

@OP, still a sandbox, but I get the idea of secure bbq in a sandbit like this. Might propose it to the community if it could be definitely transformed if no children play there… And install a cooler playground with coverable sandpit 😉
Please dont turn the kids sandbox into a fireplace, she meant the backyard if you bring your own equipment. 😅
If it’s a shared space, that doesn’t necessarily mean you can reserve it for yourself. If someone else also wants to have a bbq on the same day, they can. Unless there’s some rule in the hausordnung about reserving the space.
