Circa due settimane fa, ho acquistato una fotocamera tramite annunci classificati (pagati tramite bonifico bancario). Ora ha scoperto che la composizione della modalità sulla fotocamera non funziona, il che non è stato menzionato nell’elenco. Dopo diversi tentativi di contattare il venditore (anche attraverso un altro annuncio che hanno pubblicato) e segnalando l’elenco, non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Qual è il modo migliore per procedere da qui?

Nope. Private seller and paid without purchase protection -> 100% your risk, 0% chance.
Unless you could prove that it was “arglistige Täuschung”, which is impossible unless the seller admits that the sold you a defective product.
Is this like eBay or craiglist? then the chances of getting a response are low if something goes wrong, that’s why you should always choose cash on pickup when buying from a third party
