(I can’t read the article) Wasn’t there a big issue with getting it swapped from youth hostel use in the first place? (And protests I think even).
The contracts need to have bet release clauses
If they can afford to rent it for 2m a year they can afford to buy it

As I mentioned in another thread yesterday, Dublin City Council have a property down the road which is boarded up and abandoned for over a year now. Surely there’s a nice family on the waiting list who are in desperate need of a home like.
Getting onto the local councillors today because fuck this.
