come puoi vedere il mio muro è bagnato (credo) e ha delle crepe, il mio amico è rimasto a casa e asciuga il bucato in casa con la finestra aperta dall’alto (non del tutto, gira semplicemente la manopola verso l’alto) e non so se è questo il motivo perché lo fa solo da pochi giorni ormai, ma sono preoccupato perché non voglio che questo venga fuori dal mio deposito quando me ne andrò più tardi, e non ho nemmeno idea di come prevenire la muffa /muri crepati/muri secchi/ ecc. Se qualcuno può aiutarmi, lo apprezzerei, perché tengo le finestre aperte tutti i giorni per 10-20 minuti, ma ho la sensazione che a volte fuori sia più umido quando fa freddo e piove, ma non so aiuto per favore!!

its not mold just yet but too much humidity. stop drying clothes in that room for now and open the windows more often. hopefully it will be warm in the next few days 😉
also im not an expert but i think the crack is caused by the heat of the pipe (i assume its a heating pipe)
Drying closes indoors is really common in Germany. Colder outside air is also always less humid, just don’t let your walls get cooled down by having the window open for too long.
