Ciao ragazzi, il mio nuovo appartamento ha bisogno di alcuni lavori di riparazione e sto pensando di accettarlo da solo. La maggior parte della riparazione è minore tranne il muro nell’immagine. Potreste guidarmi su come questa parte del muro può essere riparata? È semplicemente usando lo spackle sufficiente? Sono per lo più preoccupato per la parte nell’angolo che ha ceduto.

You need a trowel, a polishing trowel, a bucket, water, some coarse sandpaper and either Rotband or plaster.

Without any more context this looks cosmetic. Remove the Sockelleiste, Screws and anything that’s loose, sand it up a bit, apply a bit of Tiefengrund. Get some readymade Rotband, a Maurerkelle for your left hand and a Glättkelle for your right (or vice versa) and go to town. Not much to do wrong here and you can just do it over and over again.
