Unfortunately the “non disposables” that have taken the place of the banned ones on the shelves are no better. The prices are the same and kids are still smoking them until they run out and chucking them on the floor and out of car windows. I’ve seen it in my town.

I was like “what do they mean, how does one day a week help”

    3. I’m absolutely not opposing this, there’s no long term data on what vapes do to the average person and if they’re really cleaner than traditional cigarettes.

I’ve seen people scouring the shops for remaining stock this morning. If the demand is there will this lead to a black market?

This won’t change anything, just like the war on black market stuff, or drugs, the sales will simply go underground.

    6. And now the disposable vapes have been given a USB-C charging port and refil pods, HOWEVER you can still buy a brand new vape each time for less money so it hasnt fixed anything……..

    7. Why don’t they put a deposit on them like bottles and cans? Things that are worth money don’t get thrown away. The homeless will pick them up at the very least.

It makes me sad how vaping wasn’t banned at the first possible opportunity – it’s not healthier than cigarettes and it’s opened up a whole generation of young people to nicotine addiction.

Well foodindustry maffia will find other ways as always their lobbying works.

      Great.

I am a filthy vape fiend, but my vape pens are rechargeable and I use them until they literally fall apart, lol. I’m an ex-smoker and vaping was a godsend for me. I don’t think the bright colourful fruity flavoured disposable ones are a good idea though… in no universe does anyone need a disposable vape.

I am slowly reducing the nicotine % in my liquids, I’ve gone down from 18mg to 6mg and soon I’ll go down to 3mg, so I’m working on it!

    11. I’m sure the constant stream of used plastic pods from the non disposable ones aren’t any issue
