Usually, those are protected species. You should get a professional to remove them if they are an issue for you.
Isn’t it illegal in Germany to kill wasps? I’m not a lawyer. Would call a professional if you want it gone.
Remove them but be sure to not tell anyone.
Get a professional, they are under nature protection and are not allowed to be removed by you.
