I don’t see this holding in court honestly, they would most likely loose, but not without a massive financial burden and ruining the lives of the employees.

I don’t see it holding because they could have fired them on the spot but decided not to. This would also open the book as far as i know about how all the employees are treated and their practices, however, i guess it’s only as strong as Armenian labor protection and safety laws.
