I would only get a router that supports 5ghz as well. There’s too many 2.4ghz routers and kills the WiFi

I’m not sure what sort of place you live in, but I have found these buildings with concrete walls have difficulty transmitting wifi signals (I had the same issue in Mexico). I know it’s pricey, but getting a repeater system such as Eero significantly helps signal.

I had this router and it worked fine. Used it for VR quest 2 and regular WiFi with no problem.

I have Xiaomi router and it’s pretty good. Mine had 3 antennas tho

I’ve got one, it works and that’s really all I’ve got to say. The range is good, but not terrific, certain parts of my house have meh connection.
Keep in mind that even though they state that it “supports 1200Mbps”, it caps out at 100 because the WAN port is 10/100Mbps.

I had it. It worked pretty fine for 2 story house. Especially for its price.
