Sono un britannico che vive e lavoro in Germania. Ho letto alcuni post simili qui, ma non ho trovato nessuno che menzionava un follow -up come questo. Ho ricevuto un preavviso in accelerazione a Kaiserslauten qualche settimana fa – 22 km su un limite di 100 km – non ho prove o memoria della mia velocità o del cambio del segno ma accetto avrei dovuto vederlo.
Inizialmente, pensavo che non fosse necessaria alcuna risposta a meno che i dettagli non fossero sbagliati, quindi non ho risposto. Tuttavia, ora ho ricevuto un follow-up chiedendomi di confermare il conducente e ammettere il reato, minacciando un potenziale registro se non riesco a rispondere. Lavoro in un’auto werkstatt e ho familiarità con i libri di bordo per le piastre rosse, sono un dolore nel culo e voglio assolutamente evitare.
Preferirei non ammettere apertamente il reato quando ho sentito che piccoli reati sono raramente inseguimenti o portati in tribunale, anche se sono consapevole che 22 km non sono particolarmente piccoli.
La mia domanda è: dovrei compilare il modulo online e "ammettere" all’offesa? Cosa succederà se lo faccio o non lo faccio? Qualcuno ha ricevuto questo tipo di lettera di follow -up prima?

Its normal. You need to share who was driving the car so the can give you some points
They are asking you to confirm it was you, if you did it you will pay the fine and get a point. If you say it wasnt you in the car then they might force you to use a logbook.
You dont have to use a logbook if you admit it and just deal with the punishment.
Getting a lawyer to get out of this is gonna be more expensive.
They need to know who drove the car, because the fine will be 100€ and 1 Point in Flensburg. “Points in Flensburg,” refer to a system used in Germany to record traffic violations and penalize drivers who repeatedly violate traffic laws. They cannot just assume who drove the car, because the owner is not necessarily the driver.
That’s my interpretation of this letter.
I think you need to fill in a Formulare from the first letter, maybe it is doable online?
Important is that you only give them the mandatory info and nothing more as you can incriminate yourself further.
Edit: because you were at 22 above you’ll have to go through a different process.
