although it is a good thing that the polls are positive not continuing boycott we started and not going out on the street “much” anymore could reverse our positive situation. according to the polls Kılıçdaroğlu would also win with 60 percent in the 2023 election but we all saw result.

Turkey is now “minority party dictatorship” officially, especially for the last 2 months.
What Europe needs to understand is that Erdogan and his islamist junta will even be worse than what Putin is doing the region in the long term.
European leaders should stop playing ball with Erdogan and treat him as hostile junta leader despite his claims, promises or appearances. Just cutting the monetary resources (especially from London) or at least making it difficult to bail him out will help the secular people of this nation.
It is already quite late, but the imminent total death of democracy in Turkey will not be good anyone in Turkey or the region and will also harm Europe in a ways not quite predictable yet.

This poll was made in Ankara and is not referring to the entire country although the national poll is not much worse

Totally disagree. The 2017 referendum was the last nail in the coffin of tukish democracy.

The reason those dictators don’t want to leave power is because they know that as soon as they do, they will be prosecuted for their many crimes.
It’s not even the fact that they’re power hungry, they’re just scared of the consequences of their actions while in power. I’m sure that some dictators would love to retire but they can’t because they’re criminals.

This is Exactly why Europe shouldn‘t treat Turkey as an „replacement“ for the US.

Erdogan, the best friend of Pedro Sánchez. If you don’t understand Sanchez has become very close to Turkey and Erdogan with the last visit being last week.
