“Asian” could mean anything, are we talking Korean? Indian? Filipino? Pakistani?

The police in this country are an absolute joke.. how hard is it to identify an Asian man acting suspiciously? I literally saw someone who fit that exact description this morning.. had I known he was suspected of acting suspiciously beforehand I would have reported him, but I just assumed he was acting suspiciously in an innocent kind of way
