Ho notato una leggera formazione di muffe nella parete del bagno. Ho chiesto la mia gestione della proprietà se sono in grado di dipingere un po ‘di vernice anti -muffa per tenerlo completamente lontano. Ma invece la mia gestione della proprietà ha detto che devo pagare per il servizio e ottenere questo controllo. Dopo 3 mesi ho ricevuto questa risposta dalla mia gestione della proprietà. Cosa significa veramente questo? Informazioni sulla preparazione delle prove del tribunale di 2000 €? Tengo il mio bagno ventilato e schimmel ora. Dovrei essere preoccupato? Questo avrà un impatto quando lascio l’appartamento in futuro?

So are you responsible for the mold? Did you trap the moisture in the bathroom?
This is not acceptable, your landlord has to inspect the moldy parts, in most ways he would just paint it over – nothing i would recommend.
The Problem is that u need to prove, that the mold was not ur fault.
If u can prove that is not your fault, your landlord needs to pay for everything.
Do u have a “Rechtsschutzversicherung” or are u at the “Mieterschutzbund”? Maybe call the last one in your City, talk to them
How old is the house? Do u have a Picture from the mold? Is the wall wet etc?
Did u allready pay for the Service to get the mold away from your property Manager?
