quindi ero fuori dal paese e non potevo pagare le tariffe della mia SIM Karte (non c’era la possibilità di pagare con l’iban) e poi appena sono tornato in Germania ho pagato le mie fatture in sospeso (hanno inviato lettere che includevano l’iban) e poi ho inviato loro un’e-mail dicendo che avevo pagato il conto in sospeso, e questo è ciò che mi hanno inviato. a qualcuno è successo questo? non che faccia molta differenza ma li ho contattati per provare a trovare un modo diverso di pagare ma non mi hanno detto niente

If you fail to honour your side of the contract, the contract can be terminated. You still have to pay the outstanding amount, but the contract is terminated.
The unusual part is the fact that there was “no option to pay with IBAN”. Are you sure? And how exactly were you paying?
The lawyer part means, that some lawyer fees will be stacked on top of your debt.
