Ho vinto un corso di formazione gratuito in questo posto [https://ems-sportwelt.ch/](https://ems-sportwelt.ch/) dove dicono che puoi fare un allenamento di prova di 30 giorni prima di dover pagare qualcosa, ma per questo ti fanno firmare un sacco di documenti, compreso uno con il mio IBAN. Dato che non parlo tedesco, mi sono fidato del ragazzo e ho firmato. Non ho nemmeno utilizzato il periodo di prova, ho semplicemente mandato un messaggio il 22 aprile (data in cui sarebbe iniziata la prova gratuita) dicendo che non ero più interessato. Mi hanno proposto se volevo mantenere la firma per un periodo inferiore ad un anno, non ho nemmeno risposto perché nella mia e-mail era chiaro che volevo disdire. Oggi mi è stato addebitato il primo pagamento di un periodo di 1 anno. Sono andato su Trustpilot e ho scoperto che non sono solo in questo. Volevo fare commenti negativi nella loro pagina Google, ma l’hanno rimosso da lì. Voglio andare dalla polizia, ma con mia sorpresa qualcuno mi ha detto che non farà nulla (andrò comunque, qualcuno sta truffando la gente, come è possibile che la polizia non faccia qualcosa??) Comunque qualsiasi idee su come posso danneggiare questa azienda, riavere i miei soldi e aiutare le persone a non innamorarsi di questo come ho fatto io??

It’s an expensive lesson but, now you should have learned to never sign something you don’t understand
Go to ‘Kassensturz’ or ‘Beobachter’
Definitely complain on reddit.
Never sign anything business-or-finance related that you do not understand, that is a basic principle of life. Also not replying to them was just not smart, you tried to stick your head in the sand and have now paid the price.
This is not fraud, this is you being taken advantage by an unscrupulous business of because you did not read the terms and conditions (or get them translated) and did not follow up after the SMS to ensure you had cancelled the contract correctly.
How much is the years subscription you now need to pay? Why don’t you go to see them in person to discuss this? Otherwise your only course of action, other than writing bad reviews, is to get a lawyer.
