Most of it is too rough to read but the general message is that the woman on the front is the senders girlfriend and hes bragging about it to his close friend (the photo is probably a pinup thought)

this is clearly a funny postcard written by someone pretending to be dating the pin up girl on the cover. I can’t make out all the words (bottom line is too faint in the middle, perhaps a better photo would do the trick) and second sentence makes little sense to me
this is what I read:

algum açoriano confirma se a segunda frase faz sentido significar “cá a minha **vida** ao presente desta **carta** é boa”? estas omissões tipo “ir à do Zé”/”ir à casa do Zé” são muito regionais e sou demasiado continental para o saber
