With their limited air force Ukrainians are able to strike targets inside Russia. This speaks volumes of the Russian air capabilities

It looks like that was the cultural center at the intersection of Ulitsa Territoria Sakharnovo Zavoda and Avtodoroga Glushkovo-Tetkino Cherez Karizh. Video is from west/northwest.
