Ciao a tutti! Lavoro nel settore IT a Vienna (metà amministratore di sistema / metà sviluppatore) e quest’anno l’azienda ha detto che gli aumenti salariali saranno molto limitati. I‘m not in the IT KV but AFAIK there are a couple of exceptions where the employer doesn’t have to be (the whole amount). It‘s not really the best collective agreement TBH
