This is how you can effectively create the illusion of work and launder money at the same time
Ordinary Russian does not care about these “channels”, give them Russia-1 and Pervij kanal.
All the ones who have “a working head” already knows how to access news either from the West, or independent sources.
Waste of money (or money laundering, whatever you want).
Average citizen won’t go out of their way to find this channel.
Because “they are not into politics”.
That society is deeply sick, some are even rabid.

Navalny should be awarded as the most obedient, castrated opposition of all time. He never challenged Putin or the status quo. He was mostly an alternative, not an opposition.
He’s not even a martyr: his death was uneventful, a footnote received with indifference at home and abroad.

They already had a channel to acess Navalny’s videos, it’s called YouTube. People there are extremely apolitical and the problem is not the lack of access

Well that will have near to 0 impact on russian audience. Younger generation dont watch TV, and older generation that does dont believe Navalny anyway. Waste of resources.
