Cheap bike from china. Most bikeshops won’t touch it if you ever need repairs. Rather get a used one from a decent brand with decent parts.

If you plan on keeping the bike for longer than 1 year, don’t buy no-name bikes with no name parts. These bikes are not serviceable and will become garbage soon.

You can always buy used bikes!

These are used e-bikes that have been really well refurbished. So maybe it’s better to buy a second-hand bike, then you’ll probably get slightly better quality for your money.
I also bought an e-bike from upway just last year.

Decathlon sells their own bikes but they have as well a “Market Place” in their website where other brands and shops can sell their products. A e-MTB for that price would be bottom of the barrel quality and most probably you will have problems in the future. If you need something cheap go for the Decathlon own bikes (Rockrider and Riverside) but they are of course not that cheap as the one you have here. Decathlon bikes while not the best of the market they are a good bang for your buck and you always can find spare parts and support in the shops.

If the money is that tight check second had, a Rockrider ST100 can be found in Kleinanzeigen for 500-600 EUR easily. New price is 999 EUR.
