I can think of only one service this cunt could do for the community.

I despair reading articles like this; there are too many.

Ahh sure was only 500 videos ladies and gents /s

Absolutely ridiculous shite altogether, but that’s just become the normal for us these days it seems.

It seems to me hugely inappropriate that not even a suspended sentence was passed.

In addition to that, I had assumed that most of this kind of thing was dark-web type of activity, but from this case, I can only assume that it is common on Facebook, which is pretty shocking.

I’m not naive enough to think that instances of images/videos of child sexual abuse aren’t posted on the likes of facebook/twitter etc. but I was under the assumption that it wasn’t something common… surely here are questions to be asked of these types of sites about enabling this beyond their usual claims of *not* being publishers of content?

And we have to see people growing weed to treat their own health problems going to jail.

There is something terribly wrong in this country.

This needs to be appealed by the DPP.

Also, any paedophilia related crime needs to comd with a minimum mandatory tariff in jail.

Prisons are bursting at the seams. I think it is becoming apparent to everybody that judges have received directives to avoid custodial sentences wherever possible.

114,655 crimes were committed by people on bail in Ireland in the last 3yrs.

They know this is an issue but once again our government sits on its hands and does nothing.

We needed another prison 20yrs ago but we definitely need one today.

This reminds me of all those ads telling people it’s illegal to download a movie. If they aren’t punishing stuff like this with real victims, then they can hardly punish someone for watching the latest mission impossible film online
