Worked under this company as well, as soon as you raise concerns about anything management does, it’s over for you. They didn’t fire me, but I got treated poorly right after.

Yeah, not the first time I have heard this kind of stuff from this company. Also not that far fetched to wonder about what other skeletons in their closet that they should be investigated for. What you think?

In Estonia, if you are on the probationary period within the 4 month the employer has 100% right to let you go on the spot without much of an explanation. Seems you displayed dissatisfaction and company deemed you are no longer an asset, but rather a fading roadblock (whatever the issue or situation was). Why extend the pain and just get it over with right now is the companies view im sure. While they are obligated to pay you for the time you did actually do work, other than that you are on your own.
You could have kept your mouth shut on two different occasions, but here we are.
Usually during probationary period you do as you are told rather than start to stir stuff. After that they need a valid reason to actually to let you go.

Wait so… Just because a company let you go on a probationary period (for an situation you still have not explained in any meaningful way), you are going scorched earth and posted this same github link to 12 different sub reddits? Sometimes its just easier to let go and move on dude. People and companies change all the time. Working in IT you should know that.

Casinos treating their workers like crap. What else is new? I don’t know what you expected working for a place like that.

I guess you don’t have to be as delicate with management when your whole business model is basically feeding off of addiction.

Not surprised. I have also heard more negative than positive things about the company. I did consider once applying to their open security engineering position but found something else. Seems I dodged the bullet there. Security jobs are especially sh*tshow if you have incompetent managers and toxic culture.
