Mio fratello ha parcheggiato l’auto nel parcheggio designato e ha acquistato il biglietto del parcheggio online tramite l’app “Pay per telefono”. Ma al suo ritorno aveva questo biglietto sul suo parabrezza.
Siamo ipotizzati di non aver violato alcuna legge poiché il veicolo era parcheggiato correttamente accanto ad altri veicoli e anche il biglietto è stato acquistato.
A cosa fa riferimento questo biglietto e quali sarebbero le conseguenze? Dobbiamo prendere qualche misure qui o attendere il reclamo dettagliato come menzionato nel biglietto?

Wait for the ticket
Like the ticket says: Please wait for the letter we will send to you, where we will explain the violation
You committed some traffic violation and will get the details in the mail. This is just to inform you that they registered the offense.
Sometimes, when buying parking tickets online, you need to show a note in the windshield like “Easypark” or similar. Depends on the area as they might not yet be fully digital to check against.
If it is your own car I would wait till you get a letter and the send them proof of your valid ticket. If you have a rental I’d contact them to avoid fees from the rental company.
It means that they want money from you and you’ll get further details by mail.
