I work or should I say I worked in a hotel where asylum seekers were being housed. I quit as they wanted us to sign NDA’s (we didn’t have too) but I refused to work in the hotel. These men were stealing from the bar and kitchen and we weren’t allowed to say anything. We had NHS nurses and dentist in the hotel giving free health care & to top it off. These asylum seekers are given a allowance from the government

    2. Another xenophobic conversation in a UK forum between posters at 4am UK time. 🤔

    3. Could the BBC have mentioned any more times that this comes from the Foreign Aid budget? They’d seem to want you to believe it’s an untouchable fund, not something the government could change the rules overnight and redirect it to help the British taxpayers who’s money it actually is.

But it’s a HOOMAN WIGHT for young men from hostile alien cultures to have a lovely double bed and all you can eat buffet lol

Saw one video of them playing cricket in the car park. I’d absolutely love to spend my weekdays playing cricket with my mates before getting fed and then sleep in a cosy double bed. Unfortunately I have to go to work to pay for all this madness

Absolutely horrific. Every day a new horror stat or fact comes out. Every day that passes a new reason to scrap the HRA or modify it to except illegal migrants.

It’s a sad day when foreigners from another country are treated with more respect and unconditional generosity than our own homeless.

Where’s our “give them a roof, nice cosy bed, warmth, new phone, and all you can eat buffet” for them?

The problem with homelessness is that you need an address for a bank account and a bank account for a job; essentially meaning that homelessness is a dead end in terms of unemployment unless you work VERY hard and happen to get lucky. But when it’s a foreigner, the government will move heaven and earth to make sure they have all their needs met and more, and are apparently our snake oil cure-all to the employment shortage.

Muhammad illegally enters the country on a boat and wants to stay? Give him property to open yet another chicken shop in a saturated market and high street of chicken shops with no hygiene rating. David freezing his balls off under a bridge in winter? Filthy vagrant; not worth our respect or a second thought. /S

It is so difficult the government will be forced to raise more taxes to account for it! Ie take and spend other peoples’ money or print some more money in order to do so, over the UK Citizens who need it.

      How perplexing!

Someone is making a lot of money off of these, and that same someone has convinced people that it’s the asylum seekers that are the problem and not the people who are stealing millions from the British public through overinflated government contracts

It’s impossible to get rid of undesirable immigration with a welfare system and free health care on offer. Not saying we should get rid of those but it’s the reality.

      But how?

People keep on telling me the numbers of asylum seekers stayed the same after Brexit, they simply switched from Lorries to Boats because we got far better border security.
