With “strategic” bombers like these, you would think they would hit strategic and vital military targets, but no they’re targeting hospitals, apartments, and other public infrastructure. It only shows that Putin’s war is a war of extermination.

    2. The mission is only complete when Ruzzians will say ‘Ah, Tupolev, a family of aircraft that we used to have;. The same with their pilots and ground crews.

Looks like another piece of hardware in need of conversion to ash and scrap.

With these having faster degradation and higher maintenance costs hopefully we’ll see some expensive mid-flight engine failures

Fly the wings off of them. Millions of dollars burned on apartment blocks. Your vulnerability shows Putin. Ukraini Slava.

Russia will fail as they always have in recent history. They won’t be able to keep this up forever. Time to drop the 500% tariffs the US is talking about.

    7. I wonder where Russia keeps these Tu-160. I know Ukraine in 1999 handed over 8 TU-160 to Russia because of pressure from USA.

It is strange that no tu-160 were destroyed or damaged during spiderweb operation. May be they are kept on Ukrainka airbase where the attack failed because the truck caught fire?

    8. Now he made them a valid target. They are no longer part of his strategic reserve/deterrent.

Ukraine should do more covert fpv drone strikes to different airbases that they could locate so their air force would be crippled and would have a hard time to perform airstrikes. Thermites and big charges would be great for these aircrafts on their bases
