Yeah doesn’t help at all, doesn’t magically make 100k houses appear, just pushes prices up

I’ve seen no evidence of that. I’m on a variable rate of 4.4% with PTSB, and have been waiting for the ECB rate cuts to reduce the fixed rates, but they’re all still around 4% (I don’t qualify for a green mortgage).
