Yeah this is a case of copying the homework of someone taking a different class.
They clearly don’t know just how stripped to the bone councils have been for the last couple of decades
I think everyone apart from all the reformorons knew that!
doge units, as much as i hate the name, are always beneficial. cutting waste is extremely important. however doing it counties that have already streamlined their processes, makes the doge unit itself what they should be cutting down on. and with reform, they’ll either cut the wrong contracts or fail to cut anything.
they should look to axe themselves, it’s more symbolic then anything of significance.
