The way people talk about it here, you’d swear we were the only red country on the map

I know it’s based on overall legality, but in England there are thousands of individuals benefiting from medicinal usage. In Ireland “Only 53 patients have managed to avail of the Medical Cannabis Access Programme (MCAP) since 2017.”
The OOP points out that it’s not a very accurate map and is broadly oversimplifying things. But it’s clear Western Europe is leaning one way and with Canada and America having legalised its starting to leave Ireland as the odd ones out.

Can’t stand the smell of shit. Hope it stays illegal. Anyone I know who smokes it is on the scratch.

We all know it’ll eventually be legalised, the only question is when.
I worry the government isn’t taking it seriously, we should be preparing and educating people about the facts. Local/Irish businesses are also going to be far behind the competition.

One thing I find funny about Europe is that, for a continent with such progressive countries, they absolutely hate weed
I pray that it’s legalised here or at the very least decriminalised here in ireland
