So which options remain? Coalition of all against Wilders of liberals, Labour, greens and Christian Democrats?

Shouldn’t have had the coalition with this populist to begin with, but I guess it’s a good step

Heard it before, I’ll believe it when they stick to it

Awesome, now if Yeşilgöz could just invent a time machine so could she travel back and tell herself that, as she clearly was unwilling to listen to everyone who told her exactly that back when it last mattered.

As long as they persist in neo liberal and everyone is welcome here policy’s Wilders’ party will grow.

Wilders blew his chances when he had his party step down earlier this month. I sure hope we’ll get a cabinet in October/November that’s willing to actually govern again and coming up with actual solutions for the big issues that face the country instead of Wilder’s one issue party wanting unrealistic things on immigration.

Sounds like a good idea. Now all it’ll take is, what, sustained public pressure when the party seems likely to cave after all?

“There’s an old saying in Den Haag—I know it’s in Noord-Holland, probably in Den Haag—that says, ‘Fool me once, shame on…shame on you.’ Fool me—you can’t get fooled again.”

Yesilgoz is terrible, Wilders tanked to coalition but Yesilgoz is tanking in the polls and Wilders is going up.

Please do not label the VVD as centre-right. They are a hard-right conservative party.

Hint: don’t explode parliamentary governments. The next time around, nobody will want to govern with a bomb under their butt.

To be clear, this is likely a campaign lie, they’ll turn around and run straight into the PVVs arms if there is any chance of them getting into power that way.

Well, she’s not wrong. Seems to me that Wilders had a pretty good deal with a lot of power and decided to blow it all up for no reason.
