I would say supply and demand.
People in Armenia just don’t care for Justin Timberlake when they look at ticket sale projections.
I think in this case it is lack of demand
Population – bigger cities are more likely to get more events.
Instanbul is massive so it will attract lots of events.
Yerevan is comparable in size to Tblisi.
