Title is quite misleading, or it’s just me? Why not “EU announces sanctions targeting Russian energy and banks”?
But at least article is clear about that. But dunno what people who read only headers would tell. Cutting off SWIFT is huge thing. Like damn. I worked with payment methods and SWIFT is huge there, for paying companies abroad. Also…. TUDU TUDU – “ban the use of the Nord Stream pipelines to funnel gas between Russia and Germany”. FINALLY.
And it only took 11 years
Better late than never, but couldn’t these sanctions have been announced the first hundred times Russia comitted war crimes?
is this round 28 or 29 of “ultimate sanctions”? Maybe stop including ultimate loopholes in your ultimate sanctions?
