Ho visto questi per tutta la vita, ma non ho mai capito tutti i simboli. Questo è molto probabile che i punti di accesso all’acqua. Ma ci sono delle schede di fact per leggerli?

Ukrainian flag upside down
They mark the location of access points to infrastructure, usually valves or fire hydrants, in this case for gas (yellow) and water (blue). There are also other colours (red and green, IIRC).
