I’ve read the article start to finish, and I still can’t figure out what the misinformation (or disinformation) is supposed to be.
And since it all seems to be about 2.6km of local cycle lanes in Limerick, I honestly can’t bring myself to care.
As far as I can see, the issue appears to be that the councillor believes that amendments made to the scheme after it was approved were big enough to warrant going back to an earlier stage of approval.
Seems like nothing but a hit piece that gets way too personal.
Some cycling groups are a little (or massively) obsessive. There was a case in Galway where they weren’t happy with a design of cycle facilities and they complained about the engineers involved to Engineers Ireland where they were brought before disciplinary boards.
