Ho ricevuto una lettera presumibilmente inviata da Nets Danimarca (per conto di Nordea), che ha il mio numero di carta (parzialmente) e il tipo di carta stampato su di essa.
Non ho chiamato il numero sulla lettera, perché sembra sospetto che le banche avrebbero inviato una lettera fisica sulla potenziale frode delle carte.
Invece ho contattato Nordea tramite la loro app e non pensano che sia legittimo. Hanno confermato che tutto va bene con la mia carta.
Non sono sicuro che qualcun altro stia ricevendo lettere simili.
PS Anche se non ho intenzione di chiamare quel numero, penso che questa lettera potrebbe essere legittima. Nets ha avuto collaborazioni con Nordea. Ancora più importante, il numero elencato sulla lettera sembra essere il loro numero di telefono. Potrebbero esserci problemi di comunicazione interna tra queste aziende.

It looks legit to me and the number is listed for card security services on Nets website.
I would not surprise Nordea chat customer service agent does not know what is going on.

Which just says(I was lazy, used ChatGPT): “Did you receive a letter from us?
We have not been able to reach you by text message or phone call. There may be a transaction on your card that we want to verify. Your card may also need to be renewed for security reasons.”
So you might want consider giving them a call but be careful regardless. It could be they just want to check some purchase you made and to be sure it was you making it.
Googling the number, it seems like it is an official number for Nets, which is a legitimate company. You might want to ask Nordea exactly why Nets would be contacting you.
I got this same letter but in Finnish and before that I got a text message stating the same thing. I called the service and they have issued me a new card since someone had tried to use my credit online.
