Fun tidbit: [CAS recently started a tribunal](https://sportslawclinic.wordpress.com/2024/11/05/dublin-is-now-an-alternative-seat-for-cas/) in Ireland to comply with some CJEU rulings. So the Drogs may not have to go to Switzerland to plead their case.
UEFA have a deadline for multi club ownership to be sorted out by each season they need to start being tougher on the owners that don’t bother and spend the summer begging for exemptions. If they have to take the financial hit one year and face backlash from supporters then maybe next season they’ll get their shit sorted before the deadline just in case
