Un mio amico è venuto da me per un consiglio su un’offerta WG, all’inizio sembrava che pensassi fosse legittimo poiché l’account era stato verificato sull’app, ma dopo aver letto i dettagli qualcosa mi sembra. Eventuali suggerimenti molto apprezzati dal momento che potrei anche unirmi se fosse legittimo. Qualsiasi consiglio è il benvenuto

so everything is basically automated and you don’t see the owner. you can visit the place, you can book it online and he wants money in advance before you even receive a contract. and he even calls this “no scams”.

Just as a rule of thumb: If the ad is only addressing foreingers, it’s a scam.
Best case it’s a real shitty landlord looking for a tenant not aware of their rights and/or no resources to fight for them. But usually it’s a scam.
