I can’t even imagine what it must be like, contributing 35 years of wealth to fuel this current economy.
I swear the guy fully believes the market and his earnings will crash before he ever gets its paid.

Some communities in the US have started intentionally driving their property values down, and it’s hard to blame them if you look at it through the lens of renters who aspire to own but will statistically never earn enough.
Some of the tactics I’ve seen and heard about are intentionally eroding the aesthetics, sabotaging property sales, and driving out investment funds and super wealthy buyers. I’d imagine there are other approaches, and I’m curious about the topic.
