A lot. A lot of the world doesn’t get the basics at all. Georgia, outside of political/geopolitical issues, is very livable and comfortable.
Not many
Balkan’s, Central America, North of South America, Africa in total, Southern Asia
Sudan, Afghanistan, various African countries come to mind.

Spiked wave of illegal immigration, crime and even arrests because of your comments on the internet.
At least in Georgia, I can actually feel myself safe and walk at dark alleys at night.
