What do you use for Hayfever? I’m on 180mg fexofenadine and it seems to do nothing for me.

Allevia used to work for me. Now it doesn’t and I don’t know what to do… It makes me want to die!

      I’m a high hayfever sufferer.

      Opticrom eyedrops 3-4x a day.
Beconase or similar steroid nasal spray once a day.
Fexofenadine 180mg once a day, take two if it’s bad.

This turns my hayfever from nightmarish to tolerable.

    4. Anyone had to increase their dosage of fexofenadine? This normally works so well for me but this season I’m struggling 😭

    5. Eat local Honey , find a couple of jars of Honey made locally in your area , eat a spoonfool every day for about 3 weeks , i have watched people who suffer from horrific hay fever after having tried everything under the sun , was the only thing that genuinely worked.

Guys don’t use the nose spray they are trash, use the eye drops and your prescribed tablets, the eye drops are a gamechanger!!!!

      Get yourself a zorbing ball.

You can roll to work like a giant hamster and the best thing is, the pollen can’t get through the plastic or the breathable membrane once you’re zipped inside.

Not only will you look smart, but you can knock over all those bastard pedestrians that get in your way like you’re on Gladiators. Literally no downsides.
