      Alright so upon further investigation, I have found out that Dr. Leopolda Pračan seems to habe been a priest in Czechoslovakia from 1923 to 1947

      But now I need to know what the paper exactly says, is this someone taking an appointment with Pračan or ehat is this about ?

      This is Czech. It’s an invitation to an event for the Italian military envoy in Prague. Seems to have nothing to do with Luxembourg though.
