Pubic lice. For sure.
No expert – but definately not bed bugs. This looks to me like Booklice. Harmless.
Looks like some kind of louse. It could be something totally uninterested in humans, but I’d check everyone for pubic or scalp lice just to be safe

Staublaus, they eat mold and micro mold which starts in dust.
Clean regularly and they will be gone.
If you have actual mold, get rid of the source and the mold.
