This is a total tangents, but why are we renaming ever state agency?

Mr Kelley is 53yrs old, I can’t see how it’s true, or possible, that he saw Dylan in the coffee shops of Greenwich Village in New York in the 60s as Mr Kelley wouldn’t even have been born. Even as a new born baby he would have missed Dylan’s coffee shop era by about 10 years. Dylan was active and playing in the coffee houses and clubs of Greenwich Village from about 1960-’63. (Wonder if it’s an Irish Times typo, maybe it should be ‘ SHE also saw Bob Dylan.. ‘ and not ‘ HE also saw Bob Dylan.. ‘
This fella is a head case
He’s clearly suffering from that gangstalking thing. AKA delusional paranoia.
You’d wonder how appropriate it is for the IT and whoever else to give this guy a platform, clearly has significant mental health issues.
It can’t be easy for those close to Mike Gaine to see this guy in the national press spouting such garbage.
