      It’s a sad state of affairs he’s had to do it, but fair play to him.

      The council will almost certainly remove the paint, unfortunately, since it’s on a public street. There are strict requirements for road marking materials and I doubt the lad’s can of household paint meets them, so it’ll have to be removed.
