I was at it. Glad Paul Murphy made it back from Egypt on time, he’s a good speaker. Mary Lou was a bit better, but I usually vote SF so I might be biased.
No idea about numbers. I got there around 6, didn’t see any Labour flags until about 15 minutes in.
Hopefully this leads to more cooperation between the 4 parties in the future

Half these professional protester politicians have also blocked housing in their own constituency to appease their local NIMBYs, then go and attend a protest when there’s not enough housing.
You couldn’t make it up. Absolutely shameless.

The government do not fear these protestors in the same way as they feared the water charges protesters – and they’re probably correct in lacking that fear.

All the TD’s standing on the platform have blocked houses
Mary Lou and her mate from Foxrock blocked a huge development in Dublin
Why didn’t the people in the crowd ask why these gobshites are complaining about housing while them and their parties are blocking housing at every chance?

There is a wanton lack of care in our society towards housing. So many people have been left outside of property ownership, renting exists in a mouldy gaffs. It’s incredible what young people have to put up with
But sure the usual “who’s protesting” “who’s organizing” gobshites show their ugly faces at every turn. Show up if you want you want your kids to grow up in this country
