Ho ordinato da allora il 09.06. Da allora, ho ricevuto solo 2 e -mail dicendo che l’oggetto è in ritardo e mi faranno sapere quando spediscono. La pagina ha detto che lo spediranno entro 2 giorni. Li ho contattati dicendo che voglio annullare l’ordine e recuperare i miei soldi, ma non una parola di risposta in 3 giorni.
Come dovrei procedere con esso se non quello di mettere uno storno sulla mia carta?

Since the energy outrage in Spain and Portugal the other month those generators are in great demand, orders skyrocketed.
Not saying that shop is or not a scam, just pointing that those items are in great demand.
They have terrible customer service. I put in an order not too long ago and the option to track your order just gave an error message through the website.
Emails I sent were not answered at all.
Luckily the order eventually showed up. But not a good customer experience.
I always pay with PayPal so if anything goes wrong I have someone to help me
I ordered stuff at Fritz Berger and it arrived. So about 1 years ago ago it was not a scam.
